I randomly messaged Craig a couple years ago about moving to NB from NS. It was a plan in the works that was going to only happen when the right property came about. We met Craig though another agent who was helping us in another area. Everyone wants to sell a house, and he's no different, but when we met for the first time, at a potential property, he nailed it with the same things I was spotting, and then some. Turns out that he's also a practiced home inspector. The short version is that he wants you in the right house, armed with as much information as he can to ensure that you can make a comprehensive decision. Shutting down on that property, we went back into Moncton to have a better discussion about what we were looking for. Very personable, he was a pleasure to talk with. Unfortunately, there just wasn't much available for us at the time. Over the next coupe of days, he feed us listings, but none of them were right. What can I say; we had criteria and he tried. There was a couple of potential homes in the list, but those fell to location. We did buy a house, near Fredericton, but not through Craig. He would have come to show us the house however, we'd already seen the property with the agent who referred us to him. Had we not already seen it, I would have called him.

Buying our first home could be the most stressful step in our life, but meeting Craig was the greatest blessing ever.
